Fellas, I have decided I don't really like the look of my satoshi grille. I am thinking of getting a grillcraft for it it so it will just be flush on the front. I was wondering if it would work with the satoshi grille or will I need to just buy another grille? Thanks.

should work...others around here have done it. fwiw, grillecraft makes a nice billet grille that looks pretty sweet too (imo, painted black).

Yeah....I'm not a fan of it...and it doesn't seem to sturdy to be honest. Zip ties and super glue! I just want to go out and buy a grillecraft only to find out it won't work since it has been satoshi'd. I don't know how they are put on.

    to each his own.
I only see other satoshi grills on TW, never out & about...
as far as sturdy - I have no issues with that either...

haha, plastic repair epoxy is pretty strong stuff. It's not sturdy unless you make it sturdy. I hate the look of them with nothing mounted in the center of the mesh, or at least some lights behind it, looks like some kind of bottom feeder fish, thats why I put a Toyota emblem on mine

I really like the satoshi grilles. Yes they are played out on this forum, on the other hand I have yet to see one in real life. :)

You could probably sell it on here and get a brand new grill and help pay for your new grillcraft. My .02

As homer said, to each his own. I love mine and haven't seen another one in the area that looks similar.

Hell, I think the factory grill is "so played out and gay", lol.
