Yeah I can always swap cars with my dad, he has all wheel drive Kia Sorento.

Besides. The 5lug truck is actually an awesome platform to turn into wheeling truck. With 33's & locker the truck will be very capable! Would be awesome to swap in bucket seats from SR5 Taco :)

I am going to see the surgeon today. i will let you guys know what he says.

    Hey Tony,
    Good luck with the surgeon.
I've had 2 scopes on my left knee for a medial meniscus tear in the last 12 months.
    good luck

I've got knee issues too. I went to see an orthopedic surgeon 2 years ago when I was 35 and the MRI showed I basically have the knees of a 70 year old man. My right one is bone on bone on one side. Regardless he said it's not worth operating on as I can still get around just fine, I just experience pain at times and they sound terrible. Personally I wouldn't trade trucks just for this. You should recover just fine. And I doubt owing 15k on a 2WD that you will be able to trade out of it for quite a while. But I did recently go from an SR5 access cab 4x4 4cyl/5 speed to a double cab 4x4/auto with the TRD package and it's a WAY nicer truck. The truck I sold had 102k on it and I sold it for $11,900. I bought my double cab with 113k on it for $13,800. The only reason I went to a double cab was my family no longer fit in the access cab.

    Great to hear it.

Now get yourself on a glucosamine regimen. Seriously.

You'll be glad for it when you're an old f**k like me :p
