    Looking for a professional opinion on the so called "High Mileage" oils and filters. How does regular 5W30 oil differ from the HM variety? And filters? Is this a gimmick?

    I use "high mileage" oil products (Amsoil) and I still change every 3000 miles. Its the cheapest insurance you can do for you engine and it takes 20 minutes to do in your garage.
