    Mine are the big rounded ones for the factor hitch. If you don't have a hitch the caps are flat.

    They were both there yesterday when I washed it and the one thats left I can't pull off by hand. I'm sure some prick lost one and saw mine sitting there.

    They are cheap but it still pisses me off.

    I had an aftermarket hitch installed and the installer threw away the existing flush bolt covers. When I asked where they were he said he threw them away cause they don't fit with the tops of the bolts. I took em home and carved the back off with a knife and put them on. They sit flush and there is no way to grab a hold of it to tear it off. I like the flush look too. Consider getting some of them. Took fifteen minutes.
