Great Job! it looks good, but i do agree with a few of the previous posts.

maybe weld something to cover that pocket in between the new bumper, and the fenders.

you do that, and i'd buy one!

 

Without reading any other posts other than the original post, I think you did an excellent job!
Something I would have done is try to make the licence plate lights recessed so that when you back into something, they won't get destroyed. I like the tapered ends. 3/8" steel is friggin solid! How much does that thing weigh?
Those hooks should come in handy too!
