Maybe it's time to rate your local Toyota dealer 1-10 being the best. In Ma. I used to use Boch toyota but now because of the premium treatment I get, I use IRA TOYOTA in Milord, Ma. I give them a 9 out of 10. might be a good thread to rant on.

I bought from Vancouver Toyota in Vancouver Wa and they were pretty good. I'd say 7.5. I get my truck serviced at Beaverton Toyota and they rate about a 5.

I bought from Toyota of Concord in Concord, NC. I'd give them a 5, they were just "meh" for me. I didn't really like their sales tactics. In retrospect I wish I'd called their bluff and walked, and bought somewhere else.

-3, went good until they sold it to me, once the papers were signed it went downhill.

If I could go back I would have went somewhere else.

I bought from Prime Toyota in Dedham, MA. Overall I'd give them a 7/10. It was a great experience buying from them, their service department does a great job when they do fix something, but I've had to do all the leg work finding the problems, printing TSBs for them and have had several wasted trips to the dealer for service. The sales staff (at least 3 of them) I bought from and liked are now at Tufjankian (sp?) in Braintree.

    I'll give them a 6.

They seemed disorganized. Got the job done and it looked good but 3 days turned into 2 weeks and that's not cool.

That's nothing, they took a week just to detail my truck, then said they did all this other crap they did not do.

I bought at Boch, Sale was amazing, They did the rear spring TSB for me. All I did was ask. But they screwed up on the alignment, when I left my steering was at 7 O'clock and 1 O'clock. I complained and then went back. They re aligned it, and filled my tank. Half way down the street the steering wheel was the same. I complained, and was pretty much told to take my business elsewhere. So the sale was a 10, everything else was a -10. I won't even go to them for my free oil changes.

Probably a 6. There is one in Marin, about 20 minutes away that I would give a 1. Worst dealership I've ever been to.

Toyota of Albany in Albany Ga. I rate them a 9 because 10 would be perfect and nobody is perfect. No complaints with this dealer at all. Thanks,

I bought both my 4Runner and my last 05 Tacoma at Irwin Toyota in Laconia NH. The salesman was great, but he's no longer there. For buying those two I would give them a 10. I bought my current 05 at Westboro Toyota in Massachusetts. I got a good deal but it wasn't anywhere near as much of a relaxed atmosphere. Had I not been totally prepared to walk out I doubt I would have got the deal I did. I would give them a 7. Portsmouth Toyota is about a mile from where I work. I buy parts there all the time and the parts guys are great, as are the techs I occasionally chat with in the parts room. I would give their parts guys a 10. However I stopped there to look at 05 tacomas when they first came out. I wanted to trade in my 04 RSX on one. The sales guy that came out flat out told me they didn't want my car in trade and to take my business elsewhere. I owed less than 10k on it and it was a 16k mile car. No problem got in the car, drove over an hour to Irwins and made a deal in about 15 minutes.

I'd give Mungenast in Alton, IL about a 5. I'll tell you what though, if I'd have gotten one more d@mned call to survey my experience from either the dealer or Corp, somebody was gonna get hurt! SERIOUSLY? You MF'ers can't talk to each other so I get 4+ freakin' calls?

Purchase from Visalia Toyota (gropetti auto). Purchase was easy dealing(9). Never tried their service. Service at Bingham Toyota in Clovis, Ca(2). As long it is regular service it's ok but when it comes to asking what is wrong with your car, they make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. On top of that, they have not pull the truck into the service bay. Oh and forget about asking about any tsbs. They refuse to check if there is any and deny any exist. And I'm not just talking about leaf springs.

Got mine at Gladstone Toyota in Oregon City, OR. I'd give them a 7/10. They generally take care of me pretty well. They're just so busy that it takes forever to get anything done.

Shore Toyota (sales) 3/10 I will not likely buy another vehicle from them, sales dept was awful.
Shore Toyota (service) 9/10 However their service is outstanding.
