What a rotten thing to do to someones vehicle. It happened to me too. April '09 right rear fender pushed in. I pushed out leaving small dent. Two weeks later left access cab door dent at bottom. WTF? I pulled out then another dent put right next to it maybe two weeks later. Last summer egg on driver door window dripping through & down side of truck. It sucks.

You should at least be able to identify a car, make, model, maybe a facial shot... Its worth a try for $70

 

Friend has one of these in his Wrangler, it's a Viper model. If you get within a few feet of the car, it'll give you a "warning" beep and if you touch it, one more warning before it goes off. It has a dedicated little PA under the hood for the alarm, and it's loud. The beeper on the keychain matches whatever is happening on the car, and it'll tell you which part of the car as well.

The Mexican workers that did the maintenance around our school parking lots were scared to get near it by the end of the year because it would beep at them every time they walked near it

I think with egging though it's more of a drive-by thing, you'd have to be quick to get outside.

 

That sucks man. But make sure you thoroughly cleaned the egg off of your paint. Although the shell of the egg typically does the most damage, the enzymes in the egg can really etch in to and eat your paint if not cleaned asap.

there was a string of people breaking into cars in my neighborhood. i sat outside with a hammer and my shirt off. im tattooed and pretty buff and 6'4. as long as they are facing you when you catch them whack the fuckface with the hammer. if they turn to run... place them under citizens arrest.

do not hit them on the ground do not threaten or spit on them. call 911 for medical help. pretty much you get one whack each time they get up and come towards you.

you must have some enemies if they are doing this to you...

This just happen to me when I went home for Christmas leave in San Antonio, Tx. Messed up my paint a little in the back rear quarter panel. Damn haters!
