I Just bought my 2011 toyota tacoma double cab trd sport. I really like my truck. Are there any tips and advice any of you have for me. Are there any mods you can do to gain any mpg. Is exhaust or cold air intake worth the money, or am I not going to gain much with these mods. The truck gets pretty good mpg's just how it is, and I am happy with the power. Any how, thanks for any advice

Have your account removed immediately. Walk away and don't look back. This site will make you spend large amounts of money.

Congradulations I have the same exact truck, just got mine on 1-8-11 and I love it, traded in my F250 for it, already saving money on gas.
If you plan on keeping the Tacoma forever then get the mods you want, but if you plan on trading it in every other other year, then don't do any mods, cause I found out the mods never increase its trade in value.
also I would debate that a cold air intake would increase gas mileage, I say the more air volume the mass cold air sensor would sence that and the ecu would compinsate for more fuel.

Honestly like Whippersnapper said intake/exhaust isn't going to help much...unless you just want it for the extra noise...but then again that causes the right foot to get heavy (also like he said above). Keeping the motor/exhaust stock is probably the best for mpg.
