windwhield wiper speed doesnt change

    when i click the wiper down once to intermittent and adjust the speed it doesnt change it is stuck at just a little slower than the low is if you were to go down two clicks and it really bothers me

    does anyone know what might cause this

    Did you try to rotate the colar to speed it up?

    thats what im trying to say that when i rotate the collar the speed doesnt change

    I've had wiper problems too, but mine was with the intermittent switch. Sometimes the intermittent wiper does not work at all and it goes right to the low speed.
