jvc in dash navigation install?

i just bought a jvc kw-nt3hdt in dash navigation unit for my tacoma. i also bought a scosche ta07sr wiring kit for the jbl audio system and a pac swi jackv1 for the steering wheel controls. i plan on doing the install next weekend. anyone have any advice i should use before i tear into this project? the only real concerns i have right now are hooking up the steering control unit and finding the speed control sensor wire.

Anybody ever find the location of the speed sensor wire?

 

The speed wire works in areas where you have a bad GPS signal, like in a parking garage, tunnel, or city with tall buildings.
