    Hello everyone,
First question, If I put a FrontAll Pro winch bumper and Allpro rear bumper with hitch, what suspension mods front and rear would be needed. I like the way this truck rides and handles, so minimal with changes are impotant. This is a stock, not TRD 2010 Tacoma. I will add wheels and tires also.
    Thanks,
    Jabe

You can do from Eibach 1.6" lift coils up front with 5100's set at 0. Then at the rear do a 1.5" aal with rear 5100's.

I don't think you are going to get away with adding a that much weight and maintaining the same ride no matter what mods you do.

How much are you looking to spend??

I would recommend adjustable C/Os if you have the coin. They will save your ass as you add/remove weight from the truck with various mods in terms of maintaining a constant ride height.

X2 on the Coilovers. I have an ARB deluxe without a winch on stock suspension right now, the ride is ok to say the least.

I was originally looking at keeping the stock springs and adding Bilstein 5100's (cheap option), but after riding with JAndrews and his Icon coilovers  I am gonna go the more expensive route!

I have 5100's on the front only set at 1:75 with nothing done to the rear and it sits almost dead level
