    Born and raised in NJ.....moved to San Diego at 19 15 years. Missouri a couple years,,,..then Vegas 15 years....now South Carolina. I would not move back to any of those places.

    no more car inspections
    No more trash sorting
    No more traffic
    WARM ocean water plenty of parking a free beaches!!
    LOW property taxes
    $300 sales cap tax on any registered vehicle
    YES we can carry loaded guns in our cars
    No we don't need a license for a trailer
    Yes Insurance is much cheaper
    Yes Gas is cheaper (lower gas tax)
    No toll roads
    Affordable homes a few miles from the beach
    NO SNOW...
    Short Winters.
    No foreign country border to fret about
    No need for 4WD!!!!!!!

    I'll take the south any day any time. Sorry I waited so long to find it.

    Great livin here but ya gotta bring yer own job.....LOL My brother has a house in Bozeman..but spends most of the year in Phoenix. Spends Summers in MT another brother stuck in Jersey paying .....$1000 A MONTH for property taxes on a 1700 SF home on a 10k sf lot....!!!!!!! Yeah now the north is the place to live and rent your land from the Peoples Republic of NJ. LOL
