I was a former 2009 DC Sport Pyrite Mica Prerunner owner who just never could learn to appreciate the Pyrite color. I really wanted Silver Streak Mica but settled for Pyrite because of the deal. I in turn traded it for this:

    H3Tetal006_0f34452373eb41a3dfd378d2bc1ec653a246cd98.jpgH3Tetal002_4b41e6e8190209fc6302f26915771fb65041e16b.jpg

I now have an opportunity to get a 2011 Silver DC Sport Prerunner and by doing so will lower my car payment, insurance costs, and improve fuel economy without having to put a single cent out of my pocket to make it happen.

I know it's stupid to post this on a Tacoma forum but I'd still like to hear what others says.

Those things are pieces of junk. I worked at a Hummer/Buick/Isuzu dealer and hated working on those H3's. There's a reason GM scrapped Hummer..... Too small windows, no power, poor fuel economy, I could go on forever. How many Hummers have you seen last past 200k?

    Tacoma FTW!!!!!!

Do it. My friend just bought a used Hummer truck and it honestly looks better in person, but still not my taste. Plus, like you said, you're on a Tacoma forum lol

Get rid of the hummer and get the Tacoma you want. But...think about if you want a 4x4 or a prerunner. I got my first taco in 2007 and got the Prerunner and hated it because I wanted a 4x4. I traded it in and finally got the truck I want. Think it through before pulling the trigger. But def get rid of the hummer and get another Taco! I'm sure you will hear the same thing from everyone on TW!

Do it, but personally, I think Pyrite is the best color (note I have silver).

x2 on going for a 4x4 vs. the prerunner. i have a 1st gen, but it took me a little over 5 months to find "the truck." there were some pretty sweet prerunners (little less $$$), but i waited for 4WD and so glad I waited. i will say this about the H3T, i actually like the look...but compared to a Taco, it's a no brainer...T A C O~

I remember you from way back....didn't you have a Ridgeline before yor Tacoma before you Hummer? You shure go through cars like people go through underwear. How do you ever get a car paid off, or do you lease?

Sorry to ask this but I'm a noob,

When you trade in a newer car dont you usually go upside down on it?

Or how does that work? I have seen a lot of threads on people trading in there truck for a newer one and there truck was like a 06-09 model...
