Looking at a 2007 TRD Double Cab. I have a 3 month old little girl. Will a rear facing infant seat (Chicco Brand) fit? Where does it fit in the back seat? Behind drivers seat? Middle?

I assume it locks the base in...then you put the seat into base?

    Thanks

i keep my child in the middle.its safest place incase you were to get T-boned. we had the base that stayed in and just pulled the seat in and out.there are metal hoops to lock the base down. make it tight. sit on the base when straping it in.

x2. I kept mine in the middle while I had a rear facing car seat. As long as you don't keep your front seats all the way back you should have no problems.

Also, most fire dept. Will inspect and show you how to install it properly.

I've got the car seat in question. Sits behind the passenger seat but you have to pull it up a bit. Not the most comfortable ride for your passenger, but it works.

if you put it in the middle it would incease the incline of both front seats.
