in the semi near future (aka when i come into some cash), im looking to lift my daily driver (2007 4x4 access) a bit for a beefier look. i will be doing some off roading, but nothing crazy. i think ive decided on going with the rear AAL and billies up front. i just had a few questions.

    1) i do not have the leaf spring TSB done, will these (below) AAL's fit/bolt right on? do i have to do any other modifications (other than get the truck re-aligned)?

    (first one)
    http://www.thepartsbin.com/catalog/?N=1725+11782+4294962484&Ntt=Add-A-Leaf

    2) if i do go with those leafs, will the billies at 1.75 lift the front enough to level the truck (a little rake is okay)? i dont want to go to 2.5 because ive read further modification is required, and it could be too stressful on the stock suspension.

    3) im thinking billies just in the front and leaving the stock shocks in the back. with this lead to any problems? is it highly recommended that i go with billies all the way around?

    thanks,
    Nick

    1. They will work just fine.
    2. I'm level with 1.75 up front and 1" in the rear. 3" rear will give you lots of rake. Most go with only a 1.5-2" AAL with 2.5" up front.
    3. For only $100 more, the rear billys will greatly improve the ride.

what about billies at 2.5 and 3" AAL? for the light off roading i will be doing and daily driving, will the billies at 2.5 be alright? will i have to change anything else like the UCA's if they are set at 2.5?

also, will there be much rake here? im new to this, sorry

Why are you wanting to go with the Skyjacker AAL? There are less expensive, higher quality options out there like Toytec. That way you could get a 1.5" AAL, set the billy's at 1.75" and have a slight rake.

im not set on the skyjackers, i just figured if i could get 2.5'' in the front and back, why not (as opposed to 1.5).

youre reccommending something like this?: also, if i went with that toytec and 1.75 up front, id be looking pretty level?

All depends on how much rake you want. If you went 1.5" rear, 1.75" front, you would still have a small amount of rake. Like I said I'm level with 1" rear and 1.75" front.

I have Billies set at 1.75 with stock springs. The rear (No TSB) was just a bit low, depending on load, fuel. So I installed a 1.5 Toytech AAL last night. I measured before and after, and the rear came up 2.25. To much rake, for me anyway. But from what I've read they should settle a bit over time. Who sells a 1.0 AAL? I couldn't find one.

If you open this it says it works on both.

I don't think anyone makes one. The tsb pack gives 1" lift over the 3 leaf pack.
