how do I remove spilled silicon from Extang Revolution?

    Avid Offroad light bar, Steelcraft step bars, Extang Revolution tonno, TRD black chrome headlights, 09 LED tails, all window tint, OEM DTRL w/ GM shorty bulbs, tailgate hose clamp, fighter pilot with red cold-cathode, Pioneer AVH-4300BT
    I bought a used Extang Revolution last night, but it has a bit of spilled silicon on it. What is the best way to get it off? The seller mentioned "you know, that orange stuff will take it right off"
