Blackhawke88 showed me after he put fiberglass sides on his. It appears that you just go from underneath and start unbolting (12mm socket and extension).

ha! Socket wrench would take the stickers off too. There might be specfic solvent to use to remove decal. Search "debadge".

I have used 'goo gone' sparingly but some say it is bad for the paint.

I use a hair dryer to soften the decal up a bit, then peel it off. A light-duty solvent to remove any leftover adhesive, then clean to remove the solvent.

There's a non-toxic Goo Gone product that won't hurt your Toyota paint.

Astro tools makes a giant eraser that is usually chucked up in an air drill or a cutoff tool. It will completely remove the stickers and adhesive. It is available at most body supply stores.

Be very careful with it when it is new as the sharp corners will dig in to the paint. The first time I used one I did a little damage before I rounded the edges on a piece of scrap metal. Work slowly on large stickers and work on different areas to prevent excessive heat build up.
