So I've been to Lowes and home depot...
    Both don't have them.

    Anybody have any extra?

Or know where else to look?
    Dang...

    Found one online:

Hey Owen, where did you look at Lowes? I found mine in the blue metal drawers where all the bolts/nuts are located. Once drawer had a bunch of the clips in various sizes. I'm just curious if you looked there or if you asked someone and they just said they didn't have them.

I looked by the screwdriver tightening hose clamps (the ones people use for tailgate safety mod)
And I also looked over by the nuts and bolts area, in the drawers with the special nuts/bolts. I just looked at the pictures on the outside, didn't look through them. Maybe Ill go back today and look again more thoroughly.

Someone said Walmart also... nothing there either...

One more reason that Southern California sucks....

I would check an auto parts store personally.

Just FYI, I didn't find any at Walmart nor at any of the auto parts stores in my area (plumbing stores though said they could special order it). The ones at the auto parts stores are now the wide band clips.

Owen, it was in one of the drawers and did happen to have a picture of one clip on the outside among all the other pictures. So check them carefully. Hard to believe they'd carry every size available up here yet not one at your store.

At least I gave you a link above to order one online as a last resort.

Yeh, the link is great, the clamps are cheap $1.50... but shipping for one of them is $10.30...

    seems odd.

Im gonna go check Lowes one more time, then order from the site maybe...

    Thanks Jim

$10 for shipping! Sheesh! If Lowes doesn't have it after looking a second time, send me a PM with your mailing info and I'll mail you the second one that came in the package. I'll just tape it to a piece of paper and stick it in an envelope. It might even be light enough to only use a standard stamp.

F103N has the nipple for attaching a hose when draining. Unless you've got a skid plate that's blocking it and need to use a hose or just want to run a hose from the valve into a container, I can't see any reason to get the one with the nipple.

Also keep in mind these guys also sell the 5/8" clip if you're having trouble finding one local. You just tack it on to your order for $3 more. http://www.quickoildrainvalve.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=351

that appears to be a picture of a sequence of exothermic chemical reactions
between a fuel and an oxidant accompanied by the production of heat and
conversion of chemical species. The release of heat is producing light in the
    form of a flame.

    What he said.

I had just completed a single person engine swap. The old engine had spun the main bearing due to a clogged uptake in the oil pan.

Well it sprung a leak in the fuel rail about 15 minutes after the first run. I tried to find a fire extinguisher but it was too late. And from the flames... (and a generous insurance check) a great Tacoma was born.. (or purchased used for a great price.)

These valves look pretty cool, although I'm not going to be changing my own oil for a couple years when the freebies are done.

Exactly! I was tired of trying to get all of the oil off my skid every time I changed it - and I sure as heck wasn't gonna pull the skid to do the oil change.

I need to buy a skid. I have that fear of possibly shearing off my valve one day.

What's the benefits of having a long or short nipple on it? I mean doesn't it drain from just that one hole
