16 DC OR SB Tacoma Super White

Trying to install my radar detector wiring off the autodimming rear view mirror harness I must of shorted something causing the ABS/Brake/TPMS/ETCS lights are on and the speedometer and OBD port doesn't work to my ScanGauge. Anyone have any idea if I can reset something or if this will require a trip to the dealership service department?
