I was going to scatter this post over several threads because I am new here, but I don't have much time. I picked up a 2006 Tacoma with a little under 30K miles. It has the supercharger and long tube headers. I was given a number of extras with the truck, which included a small 02 simulator? The check engine light is on and the front cats are gone! I am in western NC right now and have to be in Tucson, AZ by Sunday and driving the Taco. Here we go.......I have a temp permit to drive and get an inspection, which needs to pass so I can get a new plate. This O2 simulator is the old type, from what I understand and has to be soldered in by cutting into the wires at the ECU. It has 6 wires.

    1. Hi, I am new and need to skip the newbie part
    2. I need a wiring diagram to install the o2 simulator right now. I called URD and emailed them, but still don't have one. I have to start driving to AZ in 48 hours!
    3. I will be working on East Wetmore near the mall. Never been to Tucson and need to know where to rent a small apt nearby for a year or so and not be in the ghetto! I need it by the time I arrive on Sunday!

Is this too much to ask?

That's closer. I see the O2 sensors and assume 2 of my wires are for power, but which wires from my simulator go where? I have the following: black, white, red, pink, pink and blue, white and green

The area where you are working is a decent area. It's toward the north part of the city. Stay away from the south side of Tucson.

Actually anywhere near the mall is pretty shitty. I say find a place north of River or Orange Grove to live. River is a mile north of Wetmore; Orange Grove about another 3 miles up from River.. I would even suggest Mira Vista apartments off Ina and Mona Lisa. Good apartments for the money. Or check shit out on Craigslist.

you might want to try to pick up a jumper harness to solder in your o2 simulator.
