I do have to give that one guy credit. He uses "you're too retarded" and uses "you're" and "too" instead of what everyone else might.
Probably a naval officer. Low enough to call people retard, but still educated enough to at least spell it right. That, and when I see a naval officer posting, I usually try to push his buttons. Naval officers and any academy graduates. they know what they did.

I search the name IR and nothing came up. I wasn't even in the state of california when this happened, I was here in Colorado.
