OK..... I need a bigger truck. I currently have a 08 Double Cab Tacoma Off Road and thinking of moving up to a Tundra Double but not Crew Max (wow they are expensive). Anyway, I got the specs on the rear leg room for the two:

    Tacoma Double: 32.6"
    Tundra Double: 34.7"

I haven't made it to the dealer yet but wondering if you guys could give me some insight on the two. The difference doesn't seem that much. I am looking for a bigger bed which I know a Tundra will give me but need more rear leg room too (kids). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris :help:

RIP to my 08 Prerunner DC
To me when I have ridden in the back of the tundra there seems to be much more room. But I still easily fit in the Tacoma back seat.

My father bought a Tundra the exact day I bought my taco

When I would ride in the back of the Tundra, it definitely felt as if there was a better seating position thus more room. The additional room was negligible though. I still found myself turning sideways occasionally. So overall, is it a better fit? Yes, the Tundra is more comfortable in the back seat with the double cab arrangement. Another friend of mine has the Crew Cab or full 4 door version. Epic amounts of room!

Thanks for all the feedback... now all I have to do is get to the dealership and check one out myself.
