I sold my stock suspension for $100, my stock wheels for $300, and my stock tires for $300. All courtesy of Craigslist.

Pardon my ignorance on this one, but I'm new to 4WD trucks. Does adding a lift kit affect the warrantee on the vehicle.
    I am interested in a 3 inch lift...nothing radical.

It is ILLEGAL for a dealer to refuse warranty work on a vehicle due to aftermarket parts. The only time they may do this is if they can prove the aftermarket part is at fault for your issue. Don't believe the dealers bullshit about lifts and whanot.

exactly being a car guy this doesn't work so well when mod the vehicle to get more HP because somehow the problem was from whatever parts you added. with a truck i guess its easier to say its not the suspension that made the truck have problems
