Hey guys im 700 miles shy of my warranty being up. I just want suggestions on what i should do before its gone. Its an 08 and i havent had much to complain except last year my starter was sticking but of course it wouldnt do it for them. It stopped doing it now but I just wanna get some opinions if i should take it in before everything is out of my pocket!

Cover King Seat Covers, WeatherTech Liners, PopNLock, storage bin locks, N-Fab Step bars, and G4 Elite Tonneau cover.
Read all the TSB's and see which ones apply and determine if you need any of them.

Wow what a load of shit! When my starter was sticking i asked them what happens when it goes out and its out of warranty. They told me since i was in every week trying for them to hear it warranty will cover it and i made sure they noted it! I havent herd anything grinding in my front end yet! I dont have any of the TSB problems either..

Does anyone know where the best place to buy an extended warranty is? The dealer tried to sell me one but it was an outrageous price! And everytime I got up to leave, the manager would lower the price. I don't like getting jerked around like that.

My extended warranty was only 800 bucks. This included life insurance and gap insurance, warranted to 75,000 miles through Wilsonville Toyota. The trip up here wouldn't be worth your drive though:D

True. But you definitely got a great deal!!! I guess I could call my dealership again. I wasn't nice to the manager when I left though... haha!

Troy Dietrich Greenfield Toyota Greenfield Ma sold me mine & many others, his prices are rock bottom. I think I paid $935 & got $75 back in customer cash which I used for parts. Already have used it. Its the Platinum 7/100/0 google him or search here.
There is also a couple more....there is a guy Mike here from Handy Toyota also another dealer in the midwest, its on TN and here too. Maybe someone else will chime in.

OT, that is quite the list, good luck w/ it.

I had my 4wd acuator go
Radiator failed & some other thing
    Did 5 of the TSBs.
Some people's trucks have been trouble free....
Honestly was the first toyota truck I bought one for. I waited until the last 1000 miles to buy the extended only because of earlier trouble. Most will say they are a waste of money & tend to agree but it has paid for itself for the most part for me. Plus I figured if I sold the truck pp before 100k it can get transferred to the next buyer.

I wouldn't do anything to try to break anything. My luck if I tried, I would end up with something broke after the warranty is gone.
