Just bought and installed a brand new Tonno Pro cover. And just so everyone knows, it still has the gap up front.

Yup. I just put mine new one on a week ago. Finger width gap along the front rail. I sent a picture to TonnoPro support. They offered to send me more weather stripping to stick on to my bed, or offered to let me send it back to them (even thought I did not buy from them).

Have a trip tomorrow that I need it for so I told them I was not sending it back. I bought my own stripping and applied.

They had no explanation as to why they are selling a cover for Tacoma that is not designed properly. Other than this issue I really like the cover.
