    my father-in-law is interested in getting a 2011 taco. he was asking me today to find out the measurements between the wheel wells in the bed. he is wanting to know if he can fit a piece of plywood flat in the bottom of the bed! thanks for the help!

    No. Not a 4 foot wide sheet anyway.

    There are some notches in the bed that would support cross pieces of wood (above the wheel well, and near the rear of the bed) that could then accommodate 4' wide pieces.
