    getting there....
    nope....sure doesnt. you are good to go. if something happened to your truck, toyota would have to prove that the intake caused the problem. one thing to watch.....when cleaning and reoiling the filter....be sure to not over oil it....as it can foul out the maf sensor. just a heads up.:)

    And if you feel uncomfortable oiling the filter, change it to the AFE no oil variety.
