It makes me laugh every time I am in a parking garage with my wife. She is convinced we are going to hit the ceiling...I am at stock height. If my antenna hits a low pipe or something, she screams and ducks.

    Build thread in sig...
i haven't fit in a parking garage in a long time. coilovers are somehwere between 2.5 to 3 inches of lift. the issue though is the roof rack. the top edge of the light bar is almost a foot above the roof line. and even if i do clear the rack, i have a 102 inch whip antenna that tops out at about 12 feet.

    Ha-ha.

The wife and I were in a hotel parking garage yesterday and the clearance was 6'9". My truck has a baby lift with rear TSB and 5100s at 1.75.

She asked if we had enough room to pass through. I knew we did, but I still had to get out with one leg and look at the roof height just to make sure.

I haven't owned a truck in awhile and visually it looked kinda tight.

Now if I had a 6 inch lift...

I almost did yesterday. I actually had to take my roof rack off of my topper. Only 6' 7" of clearance. My antennae got a workout though. 2.5" lift and 33's.

Tomasb1339 - What size tires are you running? I want to get the 6" with 33s. I am moving to DC in a month, just a little worried about parking garages...those could ruin my day!

    Thanks!

My antenna always tags the clearance pipes they have hanging but not the ceiling.

[IMG] Hit my CB antennas with this truck (before the Taco)

Reminds me of cousin Cooter when he was driving the Big Rig.
He saw a sign that said LOW BRIDGE AHEAD. He looked over at me and said "See any cops?"

Mine stands 6' 9" and the parking limit at the airport is 7'. It just fits but it scares the shit out of me every day.
