Anyone ever hear of rear spring TSB replacement without replacing the shocks? The dealer says the TRD shocks should be OK. This is on a 2008 dbl cab.

If you have a TRD you don't get shocks. Only the non TRD 6 luggers get the shocks replaced. The TRD's come stock with the Billies.

And the 2009+ models don't get new shocks at, even if you don't have a TRD. I know you have a 2008, but just wanted to note that as well.

I have a 2010 DC and the back end has been squeaking and it rides rough. Also when i have any weight in the back it sits really low. I know there are TSBs out there to fix this but will the dealer fix it for my year of truck? will they just replace the leafs or the shocks also?

Ya, had the spring TSB done on my truck shortly after purchase. The TSB only called out for shocks on the Off Road model. I have a Sport so all I got was the springs. Been really happy with the ride though.

I believe the TSB says that if you have the TRD Off Road to replace springs and shocks. If you have TRD Sport, just replace springs.
