I used the Mobil 1 in all 3 units.

Mine is a 2012 SR5 DC V6 that came equipped with the auto LSD

Thanks for the thread. I definitely need to do this... I have 120k and it's never been done.

And I live in south Louisiana and have driven through high flood water on numerous occasions.

I hope he didn't get in trouble or have to pay the difference..

Here are the part numbers for the washers, i found them in the thread about changing rear diff, so I am just sharing the love in case you want to get them. I did notice the first part number item does get crushed nicely after use so it might be a good idea, but in the other thread people seem to be reusing them with no ill effects.

12157-10010 - Need 3 2 for rear diff and 1 for front diff fill plug. Invoice price $1.23
90430-18008 - Need 2 both for the T Case. Invoice price $1.51
90430-24003 - Need 1 for front diff drain plug. Invoice price $1.74 - Brass
$30

I paid $22.67 for all crush gaskets including the 2 for a 6 speed manual which is the same part number for the T-Case along with the union & breather plug for the rear diff mod. Not sure where that $30 price came from for the 6 gaskets he bought. Granted this was posted in 2011, I just bought all this about 2 weeks ago. Price for the gaskets have gone up a few pennies at most. You can see current price on my invoice.

So in anticipation of servicing my diffs and TC, I've been rolling around on the creeper the past two days bathing each bolt in PB Blaster. Any other suggestions for getting these bolts out? Once they are out has anyone put anti seize on the threads to keep this from happening again? I live in the shittiest part of the country for rust and pretty much it's a constant battle to keep it in check.

Just did my axles front and rear, and the transfer case change for the first time after 151,000 miles

Everything went like a charm thanks to this and the rear diff write-ups. Drain and fill plugs came right out like a charm (luckily I live in AZ and we don't rust much here). Fluids were all actually pretty clear considering their age, and the magnet on the front diff only had a little bit of metal on it. Had all 3 done in an hour and back on the road. She rolls smooth.
