You trade the '01 for it or are you keeping both?

Pretty sure they have for years. Maybe since 2005. Other then the TuRD sticker they look alike on the exterior.

That would be incorrect. The SR5 package includes painted flares and chrome grill and fog lights. The steelie wheels are standard, many have the same wheels as the OR. (It's a $400 upgrade)

I traded nothing, but selling the 01 private party as soon as I fix a couple things and clean it up. No room/reason to keep it. Plus wifey will need a new car in the near future. I'll be very sad to see it go.
Yes. There are a couple SR5 trim option packages, but the 16 alloys are a $400 separate option that they seem to include fresh off the boat now, since on the DCLB non-Sport, it it the top of the trim line pretty much.

Nice air freshener, Jackass. The Countersteers aren't bad either (Graphite?).

Air Freshener? You mean the Ninja hanging from my Rear View? Not scented. Unless you count the dandelions and Daisies my 5 y/o picks for me to put in his belt with his sword. :p

And Silver Konigs. They're just dirty as sin in that pic.
