Radio reception poor

    Radio only receives station in nearby town less than 20 miles.
    During this past winter I discovered that when outside temp is below 20 F , I can get good reception on stations 40 miles away, but above 30 F reception is poor.

    i would see if your antenna plugged in the radio is all the way in. thats the first place i would look. second place i would look is at antenna itself. also, make sure its tight. not sure if it will work, but try it.
