PRO COMP 1069....what's the deal?????????

So after searching a bunch of threads I get 50% response that the wheels did not fit and or I had to grind my calipers, and 50% response that the wheels fit. I have a 2009 4x4 and would love to get these wheels....for the people that had the grind the caliper...was it hard? Does it void the warranty?

upgrade to the 17 x 9 and not worry about clearing the calipers.

The 17x9 only has a -6mm offset....they won't stck out as far as the -11mm offset on the 16x8 right?

 

You're talking millimeters. Remember it's an 8" wheel versus a 9" wheel so right off the bat it's going to stick out one more inch, and two inches over stock

 

Okay.... So the 17x9 measurement means the wheel is 17 inches tall (diameter) and 9 inches wide?
