Just traded my 2008 Reg cab taco in for a 2011 TRD Sport Double Cab Pre-Runner in Silver Streak Mica. I LOVE THIS TRUCK. Having the V6 rocks it's nice to get a little torque when you stomp it and getting up entrance ramps that go uphill is not a problem anymore. Not to mention having room for passengers and the sport bucket seats are nice too. I'll miss the extra foot in the bed but I'll live.

Now it is time for some running boards, weather tech digi mats, maybe bhlm to start with. I want a grillcraft style grill or satoshi but I think I read on the forum that the grill on the 2011 is slightly different than the previous years.

Does anyone know how people black out the lower part of their bumper under the grill? Is it a decal?

MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION - Anyone recommend anything to protect the back seat from a 3 year old who drinks lots of Yoo Hoo?

    Hey Congrats on the purchase.

As for the rear seat protection, I use Wet Okole seat covers. I have a 6 year old and a lab puppy. These covers are expensive but are really well made.

People black out the lower part on the bumper by paint, vinyl, or plasti-dip stuff

    1) Don't let him or her have drinks in the truck...

    2) A lot of guys and gals on here use Wet Okole seat covers. They apparently do a great job of protecting the cloth and they are waterproof so you could wipe up the mess.

Congrats on the new set of wheels!

By those baby mattress protectors and lay them under some less expensive cloth (or vinyl) seat covers. I would not spend the money for the Okoles and then have to worry about keeping them looking nice..LOL Get something you can trash and replace cheaply at the same time protecting your stock seats

Don't have to worry about keeping my Okoles looking nice because they always do, even when dirty. Very easy to clean

Congrats on the upgrade. One less person I'll have to ask RC advice from though.

Did you get the long bed or the short?
