I think your answer was provided in the second reply.

Here is a breakdown of the cost.

Bilstein 5100 front shocks set at 2.5". $300
    Rear 1.5" Add-A-Leaf. $75
Light Racing Upper Control Arms. $400
    Installation. $350
    Alignment. $65
    ---------------------------
Total: $1190 (if you shop around you might get this price down)

You can also install rear 5100 shocks at a cost of $200 but you don't have to do it right away. Also, you can install this yourself and save $350.

    Cheers.

I have a 3" Rough Country lift kit in my 2011, came with rear shocks, choice of AAL's or blocks, and front 2" spacers. it looks good, cost $249, sure it doesnt ride like a $1200 lift kit, but i like it, and it left me with more money to spend on nicer wheels/tires. also, it doesnt lift the front higher than the rear, i HATE that look!

Bilstein 5100 Shocks Front AND Rear - $282.99 (Shipped, DSM)
OME 885x Coil Springs - $189.99 (Shipped, DSM)
Light Racing Upper Control Arms - $400 (Shipped, Fat Bob's)
    ToyTec/Deaver 2" AAL - ~$79.00 (+Shipping, ToyTec)

Total: Roughly $1,000 for an overall decent lift IMO.

Little over budget, but quality parts. Don't forget to factor in costs of installation, tires, and either wheels or wheel spacers.

Anytime you lift you run the chances of running out of stock adjustable caster as stated before. Each tacoma is diffrent and to each driver his/her own.. Lift it, if you dont like it, go from there. I drove mine for a few months at .9 caster and didnt bug me too much.. but I sure could feel a diff. after adding the UCA's. Feels real tight.
