oem hood scoop insert?

where can I find this? I have been looking at oem toyota parts catalogs and I cant find a picture or part number on this.

Right now there is nothing in the hood scoop hole, I thought about getting some mesh and making a custom insert, but I think oem will look better.

Anyone know the part number? I am willing to buy an aftermarket oem style one, but cant find one of those either.

is the cheapest place I have found to buy the insert. Just don't get your color wrong.

 

It also looks like the actual insert doesn't come with the guide and the plate. So you will need to get 1. The hood scoop "bulge" 2. The scoop "Guide" and 3. The "Plate" for the scoop guide.
