Are interior lights illegal to have on when driving at night in WV?

I've been searching to see if our law has any say about interior lights like the kit I got for my truck. I've mostly heard they're legal, but heard a few people say they're illegal. Are they illegal? And if you want to know what kind of lights I'm talking about, look at my signature.

i usually drive with mine on but since the one in my grill kinda shines through to the ground its illegal, ive driven by cops with them on as well as the lights in my grill(which are also supposedly illegal on the road) and nothings happend

 

If a cop pulls you over for that bs it would just be their excuse to see if you have been drinking. Can't see how that would be illegal.
