Adding stereo controls to the steering wheel?

Does anyone have any insight on how to add the stereo controls to the steering wheel
I am in the market for a Tacoma and I really want the stereo controls on the steering wheel but I can't find too many that have this feature.

Has someone figured out how to add them?
(I mean come on even the idiots on the Frontier forum figured out how to add the stereo controls to a Frontier. I know Toyota owners are smarter than Nissan owners.)
