Blinking check engine light and ABS light after water crossing. ABS light is probably due to shorting of connectors under the seats. But check engine light is a puzzle. Code scanner revealed nothing - no codes! Very weird.

    Thoughts?

Truck is all dry now, so no way to know if anything got in there or not.

I guess you didn't read my post. There are no codes. Already been checked.

Missed it. Sorry. Could be the alternator.

I just went out and looked and yes, I do see water spots in the air box area.

Yes, the cab filled up with water, but not more than it usually does. We drove slow like we usually do but due to the torrential rains we've been having here, and the extreme flooding, the creek was raging pretty high and had a fast current. It might have been as high as the door handles, but hard to tell when you're driving through it.

Humm, I guess this is the best place to start. Is there a main engine harness and engine control computer? Those connections might be a good place to start if you could tell me where to locate them.
