I just put on new wheels and tires to my 2006 tacoma this past Tuesday. Would it be too long if I did the alignment this Thursday? Do you recommend I should do alignment only the front two wheels or all four wheels? What is the reasonable price?

    Sorry for all the questions.

    Thanks for your help..:)

You will be fine. You might not even need an alignment but it never hurts. I installed a lift in february and I still haven't gotten an alignment. It just will wear your tires in bad way if you don't get an alignment but you need one.

Ok.. thanks. Do you recommend just the front two wheels or all four? I called this one shop and they charged $69/two front wheels and $89/four wheels, is this too much?

You're probably fine to go without an alignment, unless you lifted it, but it's cheap insurance for new tires.

You only need the fronts done. Not much to do in the rear.

50-70 out the door is reasonable.

I had Big O do my alignment last time and wasn't pleased... and their standard rate is 70.

I've had Les Schwab do it in the past and they charged like 55 and I was pretty happy.

"A thrust alignment is suitable for vehicles with non adjustable rear suspension. This type of alignment aligns the front wheels in a straight ahead position as dictated by the thrustline of the vehicle. A vehicles' thrustline is the average direction in which the rear tires are pointing."

There were spacers put on to the front wheels for couple inch lift because of the 18" wheels. So just do alignment to the front?

Yeah fronts only, if they try to do the rear they're just ripping you off as the rear isn't adjustable.

You'll be fine for the few days until you get it done, but do get it done.
