I have a manual transmission. I've never had any problem. I don't know if they've changed them since I bought them (< 1 year ago).

Here is a picture of my truck that you can see the weathertech mats in. I have the light gray interior and the gray weathertechs. They have kept my interior floor clean and easy to keep looking good. One of the best items I got for the truck.

I totally need a set of these. I have only had my truck for 6 months now and my carpet mats are pretty much ruined. I think I am going with the black ones.:p

    Definitely go grey.
They match almost perfect with the grey interior and don't show dirt as much as black does.

I just ordered them from the Weathertech Co. directly. I believe its weathertech.com

U can probably find a better deal if you look into in rather than an impulse buyer like myself.

Has anyone used the tan weather tech mats (because they won't show the mud as much as black) with a gray interior???

I have the gray. Not a huge fan. Wish I'd have gotten black to be honest.

My truck has the black all-weather Tacoma mats, they are nice but don't cover enough. Thought the Weather-Techs would cover more around the gas pedal area but they don't. I guess I'll buy another set of Husky's. I just like the coverage. The light gray interior is going to stain easly!

I have Gray in my 08 Gray interior Taco, they match very nicely! Both will work, but my vote is for the Gray.. ;)

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
i got the black ones, my Tacoma has a grey interior they look good in there. I had to modify the driver's side one because each time i pushed in the clutch it would catch on the mat, so i had to cut it a bit but now it works fine

I just got my grey ones through cabelas last week and love them. I wanted to go for the grey as it blends with the interior very well but I like the way the black looks too, it just comes down to personal preference.

I have a six-speed and I think there has been some slight change in either the liners or the clutch pedal in the last year because they interfered when I first put them in but with a utility knife I was able to cut out a small section so the pedal does not get caught up. The section that I trimmed out was about 1/4 and inch wider than the pedal and about a 1/2 and inch down from the top of the mat. Once installed you cant even see the cutout unless you are really looking for it and sick your head under the dash.
