Black Tacoma & white wheels

Is anyone running white wheels on their black second gen? What is the opinion of the this (style police please chime in). Anyone have pics?

I'm thinking of running the pro comp series 82 steelies in white on my bps taco. I currently have the old school TOYOTA logo satoshi (white letters) and was thinking of painting my badges white if I get the pro comp 82's to go for a black and white look. Thoughts?

I think it would just not look good, more like the old white wagon wheels.

Yes, almost every rim ever created is either silver, gun metal, chrome or black.....

 

Oh the black on white did not look good. I've seen a few cars (not tacomas, but others) with it and it stands out. The white looks like they are cheap steel rims that were painted.

 

I agree the rims on there were cheap looking if you put some offset white rims on it would look better just do what you like if anyone doesnt like it then who cares it’s your truck you can do what ever you think will look good!

There was a memer on here I believe it was Curlyfries who had a black truck with white wheels, F5's I believe. Good looking truck. You see white trucks with black wheels all the time they're everywhere so what;s the difference it's just reversed.
