HEADERS for my taco!!!

    3" leveling kit with 285-75-16 nitto terra grappler a/t tires,flowmaster super 40 series dual exhaust. mb chrome and black 16" rims. nerf bars. sound system/Two 10" infinity subs in ported box custom behind the backseat. K&N air filter, and vision x headlights.
    Alright guys, I need some opinions on what headers you have or which ones you would prefer to run under the hood! HP and torque gains info would be appreciated! Thanks bros

    Go with doug thorley. They probably makes the best headers of all time!

    Go with the long tube headers.

    EDIT: I have the TRD header on my tacoma. I have heard the long tube doug thorley headers are good..
    If you can find a set of TRD headers for a good price I would get those instead.

    if you're gonna go that route, i would do long tubes. I bought short tubes and i regret not just waiting. less of a hassle than long tubes it seems. Oh and i vote doug thorleys too :D

    long tubes are gonna be expensive tho, just so you know...

    Because TRD doesnt make them for the second gens. SO....NO TRD headers for the second gens.

    I can't even find Ted headers lol

    Oh my bad. That is right TRD stopped making their headers.. Do you know why they stopped manufacturing TRD headers for the tacomas Chris?

    with the DT long tube headers will i pass emissions inspection? i mean it says for offroad use only...?

    6000k headlights and fog lights, L.E.D lightning all around, satoshi grill, hella 5100's behind the grill, pnasonic in dash, dual fosgates ps3's behind back seat, powder coated back bumper.
    Living in Los Angeles, California i have to ask how do these effect smog checks when removing the stock headers.
