Yes, there are different black colors (I made the same mistake). I'm not sure what year marked the change but newer Tacomas are black and not BSP. A bunch of us piled in before we knew any better, but the BSP owners were nice enough not to kick us out. :)

I derped mine and I love it. Gives it a clean look but not empty. Matter of personal preference though. Some really like it with no badges, I like the black on black.

Yea I might derp em this weekend. Did you guys tape around them, or remove and put back? They come off one at a time right. So my OCD would lose it if it wasn't perfect.

Might tape around em and do a few coats.

I don't think my GF will do that same type of photoshoot, but she's a smokin hot blonde that's done some outdoor shoots in the past. Let me run it by her.

and haha. Yea plenty of hunnies in AZ. I use to live in Glendale.

I taped around leaving about a half inch to inch extra space, and it'll just peel right off. There's lots of youtube videos about how to do it. When you peel it off make sure it's not long after your final spray and it'll peel easier. Just use a toothpick or something to get the derp out of between the letters. Real easy.
