So I was in an accident about 2 weeks ago and here is what it looked like afterwards.

I stopped by the shop today to see how it was going and here is what I saw.

I don't understand why they took the whole fucking truck apart to fix a fender bender. Hopefully they do a good job of putting it back together, so everything will work and it won't fall apart going down the road. Just remember the more parts you take off the more shit there to lose or not put back on.

I rear ended a late 90's Buick that locked his brakes up because some kids darted into the street we were on. It was a pretty hard hit and the frame was tweaked a little so they had to straighten in out. I guess that was the best way. Everything so far looks good.

Luckily it is a lease and I getting all new lights and grille so when I have to return it in Jan the only thing I will have to do is pull the stereo and lift. I would be getting another one but I will be getting a VW again (I have 2 right now as well.)

Looks like a good time to slop some undercoating on the frame. Oh wait, Florida, never mind! :D

I would not have looked, that's like waking up during surgery!
