I just recently noticed that my maintenance required light flashes at me for the first few seconds after start up...longer than the other MILs that come on and go off. I have about 4500 miles on the truck and it seems to run just fine....is this thing on a timer from Toyota, am I slow that I never noticed this, or could this indicate an issue? I hate not being able to access the ECU with my laptop on this vehicle...my other vehicles have been 'cracked' already......

    Thanks!

It means your almost due for an oil change. In your manual it tells ya all about the light and how to reset it. :)
