Sound Quality in 09 trd offroad ac

I recently purchased an 09 trd offroad ac with the factory sub non jbl andthose stupid ceiling mount speakers! The sound really sucks and has no loudness what so ever. I really like look and neatness of the factory deck which was just replaced through tsb for doing some weird things, and i,m wondering how to get some nice sound without replacing the factory deck! I'm sure i'm not the only one with this complaint so i'm hoping that people will share with me what they have done to improve sound quality. Also that factory sub stinks. Also I find the radio has no reception and was wondering if that could be cured as well? Thank you in advance

Some people get a nice amp. you can just replace the speakers too.
