Help! should I paint satoshi inner grill black or silver!

He did a great job! I looked at this companies mesh... What I am providing is similar in price, but is a thicker material that is formed to fit...

I used a 3' length of #4-40 threaded rod chopped into 1" pieces and epoxyed to grill. I will post pics soon.

 

Indeed he did a great job! Good to know... i might change the style up and go for your M1 mesh that is almost exactly the same pattern as the scooop...will need all pieces (grill, triangle, bumper)

How I mounted mesh for other poster whowas interested - used threaded rod from hardware store, cut to about 1" each and epoxyed to grill and bolted down.

 

Any reason why you went with mounting the lights outside the grill? I am thinking of doing this mod but want the lights behind the grill like your original post. Was it just personal preference, light diffusion issues, mounting issues, etc? I am just trying to put a feeler out there for my build sometime down the road. Thanks!

i plan on painting it like you did, and plastidipping the inner part, that way you get the best of both worlds!

 

i painted mine silver and i thinks it looks so much better
