Same air filter for an 09 vs 08?

Does the 09 take the same air filter as the 08? I would like to put in a drop in style.

If anyone could please let me know for certain that the AFE drop in from an 08, will fit the 09 4.0L. I would hate to buy one and find out it doesn't fit. A part number for the AFE pro dry for the 4.0L from someone would be great too!
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

it should be the same, the engine did not change, unless 4 or 6 cyclinders, that's another story
