2011 TRD Sport 4x4 DC MGM SB

After all the positive feedback that I have read about truckalterations, I decided to go ahead and order an access le cover. That was last wednesday and the guy on the phone said it would be shipped out tne very next moring on 6/09. I have not heard anything from them execpt the pnline reciept, no tracking number nothing and everytime I call they tell me that thier systems are down. Should I be concerend about this?
